Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, saute onions in butter until tender.
  2. In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix, parsley, basil, thyme and onion mixture.
  3. Stir in eggs and milk just until combined.
  4. Fold in the zucchini, cheese and almonds.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9-inch round baking pan.
  6. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Cut into wedges.
