Cheddar Spinach Squares

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place butter pats in a 9x13x2 pan.
  2. Place pan in oven.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. While butter is melting (keep an eye on it), beat the eggs in a large bowl.
  5. Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add cheese, spinach and onion.
  8. Mix well again.
  9. Spoon into baking dish and level off.
  10. Bake for 40 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven.
  12. Allow to cool for 45 minutes.
  13. Cut into squares.
  14. **These can be frozen and baked at 350 for 20 minutes to heat.
