Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp chili powder

Directions:

  1. Cream butter until soft and stir in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and shape into a 1 1/4 diameter log.
  3. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least one hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease cookie sheets.
  5. Slice the dough into 1/4 inch thick rounds and place on sheets.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
