Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325^.
  2. Spray 6 spring-pan with cooking spray.
  3. Swirl cracker crumbs to evenly cover bottom and sides.
  4. Set aside in fridge to set.
  5. Blend cream cheese and lime juice until smooth.
  6. Add eggs one at a time.
  7. Add chili powders and salt.
  8. Fold in shredded cheese and mix well.
  9. Pour into prepared pan.
  10. Bake at 325^ for 45-50 minutes.
  11. Let cool and serve at room temp. with cracker or bread.
