Cheaters Brown Rice Pudding (Egg-Free)

Ingredients:

  • 1 (4 5/8 oz) box vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2-3/4 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Follow box directions and cook pudding.
  2. Stir in everything else.
  3. Pour into cake pan and bake at 450 until golden (about 1/2 hour).
  4. Gloat to your husband about your mad cooking skills and enjoy!
