Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine beef,crumbs,egg,garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Form into 10-12 medium sized meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in large pan, brown and cook meatballs,set aside .
  4. Pour off fat except for 2 tbsp and stir-fry veggies in pan until tender-crisp,about 8-10 minutes.
  5. In a small pan combine sugar,cornstarch,gradually blend in water,vinegar,soy sauce and chicken bouillion powder.Bring to a boil ,stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Add meatballs back into pan with veggies and pour the sauce over.
