Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together, egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Crumble beef over mixture.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
  5. In a skillet, cook meatballs until no longer pink, turning often.
  6. Remove and set aside.
  7. Drain.
  8. For sauce, combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a skillet.
  9. Stir in pineapple with juice, vinegar and soy sauce.
  10. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  11. Reduce heat.
  12. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
  13. Add pepper.
  14. Cover and simmer until tender, about 5 minutes.
  15. Return neatballs to skillet and heat through.
