Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500
  2. Place cauliflower on broiler pan. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and salt; toss well to coat. Spread in single layer on pan; bake at 500 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned in spots. Stir every 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven. Drizzle with lemon juice and infused olive oil and crushed red pepper; toss well to coat.
