Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk the flour , soda and the salt .
  2. Mix the coconut .
  3. Den mix the margarine well .
  4. Add water bit by bit until a ball forms . add the oil to avoid stickiness .
  5. Cover and set aside for 30 mins .
  6. Divide into 6 balls .
  7. Roll each into flat shape .
  8. Cook on a shallow pan .
  9. Make sure it's completely cooked on one side before you flip it over .
  10. Serve with hot chutney or gravy .
