Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the fresh fish in cubes and put in a glass bowl.
  2. Cover with 1-1/2 Cups lime juice,cover tightly,and refrigerate,for 5 hours,stirring several times to insure that the fish is coated.
  3. Thirth minutes before you are to remove the fish from the refrigerate,mix the oil,1/2 cup of lilme juice,dry spices and tabasco.
  4. Add the onions,tomatoes,olives,chilies,and parsley.
  5. Remove the fish from the lime that it has be introducted to for the 5 hours,drain,and add to the tomato mixture.
  6. Refrigerate,being sure to cover it tightly,and allow this to mingle overnight,stirring occasionally.
  7. Once committed,to this mixture,and one hour before guests are to be served,remove from it's chamber,and add the avocado,making sure cubes are completely covered.
  8. ~Serve with Cocktail Crackers,and drinks of chose.~
