Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add cauliflower florets to water and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Now pour oil in a heavy bottomed vessel, just sufficient to fry the florets.
  4. Meanwhile, put self-rising flour in another vessel and add the cauliflower florets to this.
  5. Then, deep fry the florets in hot oil.
  6. Keep aside.
  7. In another pan, heat a little oil.
  8. Fry the onions until golden-brown in colour.
  9. Add green chillies, chopped tomatoes, green peas (cooked) and the capsicum.
  10. Cook for 10 minutes.
  11. Add salt and turmeric powder.
  12. Grind together ginger, garlic and peppercorns together.
  13. Put this paste into the onion-tomato mixture.
  14. Towards the end add the fried cauliflower.
  15. Mix well.
  16. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  17. Before serving, garnish with corriander leaves.
