Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Salt and Pepper your Scallops
  2. Assemble the scallops as followed:
  3. Place two jalepeno strips on opposite sides of the scallop and then wrap with a strip of bacon.
  4. Secure the bacon and jalepeno to the scallop with a toothpick.
  5. Heat your grill or oven up to 400
  6. Place your cast iron skillet on the grill and saute the garlic in the 4 T of butter.
  7. Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for Approx 7-8 min, turning halfway.
