Carrot Salad with Honey and Mustard

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey and lemon juice.
  2. Coarsely grate the carrots and put into salad bowl.
  3. Peel the peaches/nectarines, cut into cubes and add to bowl.
  4. Add the raisins/cranberries Pour the dressing over the salad.
  5. Decorate with almonds and serve.
