Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup carrots (shredded )

Directions:

  1. Grease/oil/spray and flour bread pan
  2. Mix sugar, eggs, and oil.
  3. Sift flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt then add to liquid mixture.
  4. Fold in shredded carrots
  5. Bake in 375 degree oven for 60 minutes
