Directions:

  1. Put cottage cheese in a blender.
  2. Add strawberry Jell-O to a bowl, followed by both waters.
  3. Before it jells, pour into cottage cheese.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour evenly into crusts and refrigerate until set, about 1 1/2 hours).
  6. Slice strawberries and place on top of cheese mixture.
  7. Make remaining package of Jell-O (as per instructions on box).
  8. Pour it on top of fruit and put it in refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.
