Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roast pork 250 for approximately 7 hours.
  2. Season pork with:olive oil,red pepper flakes,cumin seeds,oregano,sea salt, fresh cracked pepper,orange slices, and bay leaves.
  3. When cool pull the pork.
  4. Add:.
  5. Roasted,onion,,roasted green chilis,roasted garlic,red pepper flakes,and cilantro.
  6. Heat225 until hot.
  7. Serve with warm fresh grilled corn or flour tortillas.
  8. Add:sour cream,scallions,pickled jalapenos,tomatoes,cheese,cabbage, and lime wedges.
