Directions:

  1. Toast bread.
  2. Turn on broiler.
  3. Mash up Tuna, mayo, lemon juice, hot sauce together in a bowl.
  4. Spread tuna salad on bread.
  5. Top sandwich with cheddar and put into the broiler until cheese is melted and golden brown.
