Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix granola, powdered milk, brown sugar and raisins (if using) until well-combined. Mixture should be white and chunky.
  2. Stir in peanut butter, mix well. This must be done by hand - using a wooden spoon will make it easier to combine.
  3. Once the ingredients are well incorporated, refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour. Otherwise it will be too sticky to roll.
  4. After at least an hour, roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls (approx 1 tblsp.). Roll in one or more of the following: sesame seeds, mini-chocolate chips, shredded coconut or roasted sunflower seeds.
  5. Place balls on a cookie sheet in the refrigerator to firm up for at least 4-6 hours. After that you can store them in an airtight container (in the fridge.) These will keep for weeks (if they last that long!).
