Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions, covered, 15 min.
  2. Uncover, cook 5 min.
  3. More or golden.
  4. ADD mushrooms, cook til most liquid has gone.
  5. Add garlic, thyme, salt, pepper.
  6. Add Swiss chard, stir til it wilts.
  7. Add 1 1/2 c.
  8. Chick.
  9. Broth, bring to boil, simmer 2 min.
  10. Meanwhile, cook linguine (al dente).
  11. Drain, spoon veggies on top w/ some broth.
  12. Sprinkle w/ Parmesan.
