Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Line shallow roasting pan with foil.
  3. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. In small non-stick skillet, combine garlic and oil; cook and stir over medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes, or until garlic begins to soften.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in brown sugar; mix well.
  7. Place chicken breasts halves in sprayed foil-lined pan; spread garlic mixture evenly over chicken.
  8. Bake at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
