Caramelaized Onion Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:

  • for the crust
  • 200 g of flour

  • 1 egg lightly beating

  • 2 tbsp of oil vegetable

  • 1 tbsp of dessert of sugar
  • 100 ml red wine or port wine, as suggested yesterday, speaking with daniel
  • 50 g of butter
  • 250 g of frozen or fresh cooked spinach
  • a tiny piece of nutmeg
  • 200 ml butter cream

Directions:

  1. For the Crust
