Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingred. In slow cooker.cook on high for 2 to 3 hrs. Or until carrots are tender.
