Directions:

  1. Slice potatoes into 1 cubes
  2. In a bowl mix mayo, mustard,vinegar,celery,dill pickle juice,fresh dill,salt,pepper & red onion
  3. (if you have time-make this afew hours-or up to a day- ahead and let marry in fridge)
  4. Gently fold w/ potatoes
  5. Garnish w/ green onions
  6. ENJOY!
