Campfire Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups rice
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Put water in pot and all rice. Cook rice till done
  2. Drain most all the water off rice, leave just a little so it isn't sticky
  3. Add the other ingredients and stir and let cook till thickened.
  4. You can sprinkle with cinnamon if desired...cocoa is good too.
