Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine Egg, sugar, vanilla, & salt.
  2. Stir in some cold milk.
  3. Scald 2 cups milk then pour into egg mixture.
  4. Butter inside of 1 quart casserole ( previously pour hot water into second pan 1 inch deep with casserole in it. keep water and Pan in oven.
  5. Pour custard into casserole
  6. Sprinkle Top of Custard with cinnamon.
  7. Bake 20-30 minutes
  8. If milk cooled when put in oven it will take 60 minutes to cook.
