Ingredients:

  1. Cook the sweet potatoes (with peel) for 40 minutes on a medium flame. When they’re ready, remove the pot from the flame, peel and press them using a strainer.
  2. Put it in a pot and pour the milk. Mix it well. Cook on a low flame and add the sugar. (it will be 40 minutes, more or less).
  3. When it’s ready, remove from the flame and add the peeled almonds (ground, if you want), beating some minutes until the sweet potato and the almonds get well mixed.
