  • 2 lb potatoes
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/8 cup 1% milk

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice potatoes (large dice). Boil in salted water until tender. Drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; whip until smooth. Salt to taste.
