Directions:

  1. Drain beans or place raw beans in bowl
  2. Combine and add green pepper and onions, mix well
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients well in a bowl or shake in a jar
  4. Add to the bean mixture
  5. Refrigerate
  6. Shake or stir once in a while to allow everything to coat
  7. Serve
