Cajun Rubbed Tilapia

Ingredients:

  • 4 (5 -6 oz) tilapia fillets
  • 1 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine everything but the tilapia and olive oil; set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Rub spice mixture onto both sides of each fillet and add to the skillet.
  4. Cookuntil just opaque in the center, gently turning halfway though (about 5-7 minutes total depending on thickness of fillets).
