Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute butter, onion, green pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme and cumin until onion and pepper are soft; remove from heat and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add meat, bread crumbs, egg, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Mix well and shape into a loaf.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes and then top with ketchup.
  5. Bake another 40 minutes.
