Directions:

  1. Dice up the ham and place into a big soup pot. then add the vegetablesmake sure you add the spinach at the last 5 minutes of cooking. add enough water to vegetables and ham to just the top of the ingredients. then add the spices to the soup. bring to a boil and when almost done , the last 5 minutes. add the can of tomatoe soup do not add any thing to the can of tomatoe soup before adding to the rest of the soup in the pot. bring back to a boil until the cabbage,celery and carrots and the broccoli is done. but not cooked to long as they may mush up.when done dish up the soup and put croutons on the top. i like the garlic flavored ones.
