Butternut Squash Souffle

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Add margarine to squash; stir until melted.
  2. Add sugar, milk, salt, and spices.
  3. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended.
  4. Add eggs, beat well.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Turn into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 325* until souffle is set.
  8. Serve immediately.
