Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until mixed, but still a bit lumpy.
  2. Spoon on hot oil, about 2 T per pancake, spread batter around
  3. Flip when golden brown
