Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients except blueberries into mixer, and mix well.
  2. Carefully fold blueberries into mix, trying not to break blueberries.
  3. Lightly oil muffin cups; fill cups 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees in muffin pan for 15 minutes.
