Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Blend scallion and garlic in food processor. Add buttermilk and mayo. Process, add salt and pepper to taste, and process again.
