Buttermilk Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 stick real butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
  2. With electric mixer, blend all ingredients ( except pie shell) together.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake for about 40 minutes.
