Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop onions and fry until soft.
  2. Add carrots, lentils, stock, mustard, paprika and sage.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat, add butter and milk powder.
  5. Allow to cool and blend with handblender or food processor.
  6. Add cream and heat through before serving.
