Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bulgur
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Bring 2 cups water to boil.
  2. Add bulgur, onion, sweet pepper, tomato, oil and salt.
  3. Let cook for about 20 minuters until bulgur is tender.
