Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in 3 T hot sauce overnight.
  2. Melt the butter in large skillet.
  3. Cut the chicken into half-inch cubes and dredge in the flour.
  4. Saute them in skillet until golden brown.
  5. Add celery and continue to simmer for 2-3 more minutes.
  6. Add 1/2 cup hot sauce to skillet mixture, mix well.
  7. Add beer to chicken mixture, mix well.
  8. Add beans and mayonnaise.
  9. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, partially covered, until chicken is done, about 20-30 minutes.
  10. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese, if desired.
