Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425
  2. Place brussel sprouts,garlic,oil,salt and pinch of fresh ground pepper in 13 x9 baking dish. Toss to coat. Spread out in single layer
  3. Pour water into dish and roast until brussel sprouts are lightly browned and pierced easily with a paring knife,about 25 mins.
  4. Serve warm
