Ingredients:

  • pat of butter (optional)
  • 1 - 2 slices deli ham, diced
  • 1 - 2 slices cheese of choice
  • depending on how fatty your pepperoni is will depend on if you need to melt a pat of butter in your pan.
  • saute ham and pepperoni; pour beaten eggs over; cook; loosen edges with a spatula and flip (be sure to catch it in the pan!) to cook other side.
  • place cheese slice on 1 half while cooking the bottom; fold in half and top with additional cheese, if desired.
  • transfer to serving plate and enjoy ith your favorite toast.
