Broiled Feta and Sausage Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to broil. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place tomatoes, cut sides up on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sausage, panko, feta cheese, and oregano; stir in olive oil. Spoon sausage mixture evenly on top of each tomato half. Broil tomatoes 5 inches from heat, for 6 minutes or until lightly browned.
