Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. White sauce- 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoons pepper, 2 cups milk.
  2. Mix alltogether and make your white sauce.
  3. Add your grated cheese to make a cheese sauce.
  4. Clean and cut your broccoli into smaller pieces.
  5. Cook in boiling salted water until just tender-not mushy!
  6. Cut eggs into slices.
  7. Alternate layers of Broccoli, eggs, and cheese sauce. Top with the buttered bread crumbs.
  8. Bake uin 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
