Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In saucepot, bring 2 water to a boil; add broccoli. Cover; cook 5 min., or until broccoli is tender.
  2. Place peppers and tomatoes in colander; pour in cooked broccoli and hot water to drain.
  3. In skillet over high heat, cook garlic in olive oil 1 min. Add vegtables and seasoning blend. Cook 2 min.; arrange on serving platter.
