Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and set aside.
  3. Mix sugar, corn starch, mustard, vinegar, and water in a sauce pan on medium heat.
  4. Stir in eggs and cook on low heat until thick.
  5. Add butter and mayonnaise, whisk until smooth.
  6. Let cool and refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Toss salad and dressing together just before serving.
