Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup corned beef stock or 1 cup ham stock (that corned beef or ham has been cooked in)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. Beat egg and sugar together.
  2. Add flour, mustard, pepper and salt.
  3. Stir in liquids gradually.
  4. Cook in saucepan over medium heat until mixture thickens.
  5. Serve over hot sliced corned beef or hot ham.
