  1. Spray skillet with cooking spray, heat on high. Add garlic, lemon zest and saute for one minute. Add broccli, tossing it will with the garlic and lemon. Add water and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add cheese and toss well to coat. Add salt and pepper and serve.
