Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter
  2. In a medium bowl add all other ingredients except for eggs and cornbread mix
  3. Beat eggs then add cornbread mix to other ingredients
  4. Pour into greased hot 9 inch pan and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min
