Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Broccoli Filling:
  3. Heat cooking oil in a medium frying pan on medium high heat.
  4. Add the broccoli, mushrooms and green onions. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrroms start to brown
  5. Cool slighty
  6. Beat together the eggs, sour cream and cheese with a wire whisk in a medium bowl.
  7. Add bacon and broccoli filling to the egg mixture stirring well
  8. Arrange tart shells on a ungreased baking pan.
  9. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling into each tart shell.
  10. Bake on bottom rack for 30 to 35 minutes or until set
