Ingredients:

  • 1 can 99% ff cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup rf mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 (2 oz.) pimentos, diced
  • 1/4 cup broken pecans
  • 1 cup rf nabisco cheese nips crackers, crushed

Directions:

  1. Arrange cooked broccoli in an 8 X 12 X 2 casserole that has been sprayed with butter spray. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese. Spoon over broccoli. Mix cracker crumbs, pimentos and nuts. Sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
